The PMC is thrilled to announce the new date for the 2021 PMC Winter Cycle: June 6, 2021!
While the timing of the event means that this is a unique "spring edition" of the PMC Winter Cycle, we can't wait to ride with you, whether you'll be on a bike at Fenway or at home.
Session times for riders at Fenway Park will carry over to this new date, which is the first time the PMC Winter Cycle will be happening during the Boston Red Sox season! While the Sox are on the road, we'll be riding on the field at Fenway Park.
PMC Winter Cycle is a way to channel physical, mental, and emotional energy to fight cancer. Regardless of their athletic ability and cycling experience, those who participate in PMC Winter Cycle have an emotional commitment to helping others, while joining in an effort much larger than themselves. In return, they experience a powerfully inspiring event, make new friends, and empower their year.
There are two different ways you can participate this year: You can ride outside at Fenway Park or at home on a stationary bike as a virtual rider. All sessions will be streamed live from Fenway.
The PMC Winter Cycle and Fenway Park will follow all Boston public health regulations and guidelines by limiting large groups and practicing safe social distancing. All sessions will be outside. There will be 45 minutes between sessions to allow time for bikes to be cleaned and for riders to enter and exit Fenway Park while remaining socially distant.
