Bakes for Breast Cancer
Teaming up with restaurants, bakeries, and cafes across Massachusetts, Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer offers the opportunity to enjoy a delectable dessert while supporting breast cancer research and care.
Participating establishments dedicate 100% of proceeds from one dessert or 50% of proceeds from their entire dessert menu during the week leading up to Mother's Day to raise awareness and support for breast cancer
Carol Brownman Sneider, President of Bakes for Breast Cancer, Inc., founded Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer in 2000 to pay tribute to her mother, Eva Brownman, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 1973 at age 44.
Bakes for Breast Cancer, Inc., designates 80% of proceeds from Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer to benefit the Eva Brownman Research Fund at the Susan F. Smith Center for Women's Cancers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Join us this spring by visiting a participating restaurant or bakery and help us conquer cancer.
