Join Red Sox and Jimmy Fund fans in celebrating the start of baseball season at Fenway Opening Day each year, while supporting Dana-Farber's mission to strike out cancer!

Start a fundraising team with your workplace, school, family, or community group and you could win prizes such as Red Sox player visits and more. Individuals can join a team to help raise funds or donate in support of a team.

Since 2006, Rally Against Cancer has raised more than $7.5 million for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
