Jimmy Fund Walk for Dana-Farber

Join us as we walk toward a world where all cancers are treatable. Every fall, thousands take to the historic Boston Marathon® course to participate in the largest single-day walk fundraiser in the nation and support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's lifesaving mission. Since 1989, the Jimmy Fund Walk for Dana-Farber has raised more than $197 million for adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber.

Ways to Get Involved

• Walk one of four distance options along the Boston Marathon® course:  
  • 5K from Dana-Farber's Longwood campus (Boston, MA)
  • 10K from the Boston College law campus (Newton, MA)
  • Half marathon from Wellesley High School (Wellesley, MA)
  • Marathon from Hopkinton Middle School (Hopkinton, MA)
• Register to walk virtually in your own community, on your own time
• Volunteer at Early Check-In on Saturday, October 3, or on Walk day on Sunday, October 4
• Become a program sponsor 

However you choose to join, you are an essential part of a day that makes a difference in the lives of thousands of Dana-Farber patients and their families.
