Join this winning team by purchasing your own special plate today and help patients everywhere strike out cancer.

Order yours via the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles website.

It’s easy to complete in a few simple steps:

• Once on the website, simply click “Order a Special Plate Online” to begin.
• When prompted, "what kind of plate would you like to order?" select "Charitable Plate."
• When prompted, "which specific plate will you order?" select "Red Sox."
• The Red Sox Foundation/Jimmy Fund license plate will appear.
• The plate costs $40, with $28 of the purchase price split evenly between the Jimmy Fund and the Red Sox Foundation. The remaining $12 is a one-time-only cost to cover manufacturing expenses.
• The plate can be renewed every two years for a $40 fee.
• Your new plates and registration will be mailed to you.

Here’s how to enter:

1. Purchase your Red Sox Foundation/Jimmy Fund license plate online or in person at an RMV Service Center, or renew your current plate online or via phone by calling 857-368-8031.
2. Email a receipt of either your new Red Sox Foundation/Jimmy Fund plate purchase or of your most recent renewal to StrikeOutCancer@dfci.harvard.edu by September 29, 2024.
   1. Renewal or purchase dates between April 9, 2022 and September 29, 2024 are eligible.
3. One (1) winner will be selected and notified on September 30, 2024.
