Every baseball season, Red Sox and Jimmy Fund fans join together to celebrate the return of baseball to Fenway Park, while helping Dana-Farber Cancer Institute strike out cancer! Since 2006, Rally Against Cancer has raised more than $7 million for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber.

Stay tuned for 2025 Opening Day, when you can start a fundraising team with your workplace, school, family, or community group to earn prizes such as Red Sox player visits and more. Individuals can join a team to help raise funds or donate in support of a team.
