Sabermetrics, Scouting, and the Science of Baseball is a weekend seminar to the benefit the Jimmy Fund. During the event, you will grasp how science is blended with advanced baseball statistics and traditional scouting assessments to produce outstanding results for teams. This special opportunity puts you up close to some of baseballís insiders and pros, top coaches, statisticians, scouts, doctors, and scientists.

You will enjoy presentations and panel discussions with the manager of the Boston Red Sox, Bobby Valentine; team Bench Coach, Tim Bogar; Director of Professional Scouting, Jared Porter; creator, Dr. Daniel Brooks; baseball physicist, Dr. Alan Nathan; and many more including world renowned neuroscientists, physicists, sports medicine physicians, professional sabermetricians, professors, journalists, and writers.

Tickets for the weekend seminar are $125, with a discounted pass of $65 available to full time students, with all proceeds from the event going to the Jimmy Fund. The seating is limited to 200 of baseballís best fans.
