11 Free Kick Cancer Celebration
2014 date to be determined
When Tara Ryan-Byrne was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma, she was only 29 years old and five months pregnant. After surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, Tara was declared cancer-free in 2002 and delivered a healthy baby boy, Senan.
In 2007, Tara and Senan created the Free Kick Cancer Celebration to raise support for other patients and families dealing with cancer. It is a memorable night of drawings, prizes, hors d'oeuvres, music, and dancing.
Over the past seven years the Free Kick Cancer Celebration has contributed more than $162,000 to cancer research and care at Dana-Farber through the Jimmy Fund.
We hope to see you at next year's annual event to raise funds for cancer care and research.
