2011 date to be determined

The second annual "An Evening for Bridget" was another wonderful night featuring a live and silent auction, cocktail reception, several speakers, dancing, and lots of special touches.

More than 300 guests attended the 2009 event to celebrate Bridget's life and to help raise funds for Dana-Farber. Guest speaker and WCVB Channel 5 newscaster Kelley Tuthill hosted this overwhelmingly successful event, which raised more than $50,000 to benefit Ann Partridge, MD, and her program "Young & Strong" — For and About Young Women with Breast Cancer at Dana-Farber.

Bridget was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in May 2008, when she was 20 weeks pregnant with her second child. During Bridget's illness, she successfully delivered her second daughter, Chloe Faith, prematurely. Unfortunately, Bridget lost her battle with cancer in August of 2008, leaving behind her loving husband and family, two daughters, and many dear friends. Fortunately, Chloe is healthy and home with her family.

Check back for more details about the 2011 event, and join us as we raise funds and awareness for cancer research through this celebration.
