Former Red Sox player Trot Nixon made a special visit to the Jimmy Fund Clinic. The baseball great, along with his wife and two sons, took the time to sign autographs and take pictures with patients.
Nixon is retired from baseball. He was visiting Boston from his home in North Carolina to take part in the Red Sox Memorable Moments Month celebration and to continue his commitment to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber.
