Red Sox and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute introduce 2010 Jimmy Fund Co-captains
Red Sox President and CEO Larry Lucchino and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute President Edward J. Benz Jr., MD, officially announced Boston pitchers Tim Wakefield and Clay Buchholz are the Jimmy Fund Co-captains for the 2010 baseball season. The two pitchers were formally announced as ambassadors for the Jimmy Fund at a press conference in the Red Sox Gallery at Dana-Farber in front of a group of pediatric and adult patients and their families as well as staff members from the Institute.
