"Great Chefs Round Up"

Jan. 26 Jimmy Fund benefit tickets available

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – It's time to get tickets to the Springfield area's annual celebration of great dining to benefit the Jimmy Fund. Get set for a delicious evening when Kittredge Equipment Company – Winer Levsky Group "Great Chefs: Round Up" is held Jan. 26.

The Great Chefs social event, celebrating its 17th year, materializes at Agawam's Chez Josef on Friday, Jan. 26, at 6:30 p.m. A stampede of more than 25 of the area's finest restaurants and caterers lasso-up delicious tasting dishes, and serve them in a rustic atmosphere complete with an auction, raffle, and music. Members of the Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts are selling tickets through Jan. 26.

This year's event is once again expected to be a sell-out. Last year's Great Chefs raised more than $75,000 for cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, bringing the total contribution to over $600,000.

Great Chefs tickets are $65 per person and support the important work of Dana-Farber. Tickets are available by visiting the website at www.jimmyfund.org/great-chefs or by calling the Western New England Jimmy Fund office in West Springfield at (413) 733-1200 or (888) 546-6938.

Raffle tickets for the evening's drawing are also on sale.
