Great Chefs Tickets On Sale at Holyoke Mall

Jan. 28 Jimmy Fund benefit tickets make great holiday gifts
Members of the Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts are selling tickets to their annual fundraising event, "Great Chefs…Miles Away From Ordinary," at the Holyoke Mall now through December 24.
The Great Chefs social event, celebrating its 15th year, takes place at Agawam's Chez Josef on Friday, Jan. 28 and pairs tastings of delectable foods from 34 of the area's finest restaurants and caterers with an auction, raffle, and music.
This year's event is once again expected to be a sell-out and last year raised more than $56,000 for cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, bringing the total contribution to over $460,000.
Great Chefs tickets are $50 per person and make great holiday gifts while supporting the important work of Dana-Farber. Tickets are available at the Jimmy Fund booth near the first floor elevators at the Holyoke Mall now through Dec. 24 or by calling the Western Mass. Jimmy Fund office in West Springfield at (413) 733-1200 or (888) 546-6938.
Stocking stuffers and collectibles will also be sold and include: Fenway Park/Red Sox theme ornaments, a Ted Williams ornament, raffle tickets for the Great Chefs event and an assortment of holiday cards.
Raffle prizes include the grand prize — "35 Chefs in a Basket" — a basket full of 35 restaurant gift certificates that have been donated by participating Great Chefs and are valued at $1,500; second prize — a Four Night Boston Getaway for Two at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, Mass., valued at $1,200; and third prize — a Polaroid Portable DVD Player with 8" color LCD swivel screen, rechargeable battery, and car adapter, valued at $350. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.
Great Chefs is presented by Corona Light and Williams Distributing and Winer/Levsky Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
